Boiler service
Had been getting error messages on my boiler system (the same messages had appeared last year when another contractor assigned by a home warranty company "fixed" the boiler). David was able to find the problem: a bad wire connection on a pump installed by the previous contractor (this could have been a final exam in boiler school). Rewired and the system is working fine. Excellent job.

AC Maintenance & Faucet Installation
Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, ResponsivenessDavid was my technician. He was very professional and pleasant. He went out of his way to show me some potential problem areas in my basement with plumbing and hot water heater which he didn't have to do. He was not there for that, but to do maintenance on my AC unit. He also replaced a pipe and an outdoor faucet for me. He explained everything he was doing along the way. You are lucky to have David on your team. He was great!! Thanks for a job well done!

Air Conditioning Repair
I woke up to my AC not working in the middle of July and no one was free to come out to my house to repair it. My friend recommended Tierney Heating and David showed up within two hours and figured out the capacitor had failed and needed to be replaced and got a new one and fixed it the same day. I was very thankful for him coming out when no one else was availibale because my mother cannot be in extreme heat for too long. Now I use Tierney Heating for all my furnace and AC needs!

furnace installation
Tierney Heating came to my rental property in the middle of winter to install a new furnace. His prices were very affordable and I am super happy with the quality of his work. It was super important for me because if my tenants are happy then my business also succeeds. He also explained to me the importance of maintenances so I will have them do that every year too.

Sewer Snaking
I had two issues I needed help with. The first was when my whole house plumbing was backed up and David came and snaked the main sewer line and discovered tree roots were blocking the way. Then, I had an issue with the sewer line in the back of my house where he found a flushible wipe was clogging the line. I am so happy he was able to find this issue before the clogging caused more issues. I have not had a sewer issue since!

furnace repair
We had an issue with our furnace a couple of months ago. It wasn’t staying on long enough to heat the house. The search commenced for a good HVAC tech to quickly diagnose and fix our problem. We learned of David Tierney from a friend at church. He was able to come over that day, find the problem and fix it. Plus, he made sure to take the time go over the what the problem was, how he fixed it and answered all our questions. He was very honest and completely transparent with everything he did for us.
And that is a quality I greatly appreciate in anyone who comes into our home to do work. We highly recommend Dave Tierney!
